Customized Training Plans

If you are not ready to commit to 1:1 coaching yet but have big goals, I offer customized plans for specific events and training blocks. While there are plenty of free, pre-packaged plans online, they do not address your specific training history, life circumstances, or preferences. Customized plans are the second best thing to personalized 1:1 monthly coaching.You can purchase these plans for a one-time fee, ranging from $50 for an 8 week plan to $200 for a 20+ week plan. Before I write your plan, we will schedule a call to discuss your training history, your available training time, and goals for the event. After you receive the plan, I am available for text or email support throughout your training block.
